Last year, the Plein Air Artists Colorado doled out $16,000 in prizes at its annual juried exhibition. Folks interested in competing for this year's awards need to ready their applications.
April 17 is the deadline for this year's show, which will be hosted by Mary Williams Fine Arts in Boulder, Colorado, July 30 through August 30. It will be the 19th year for the exhibition and sale; Lorenzo Chavez will serve as juror of awards. Although PAAC has Colorado in its name, and its events focus on the Centennial State, the organization is open to members nationwide.
